I have been monitoring my ketones and blood glucose for the last week. I have been very careful with what I eat. My blood glucose usually runs around 88 at 10:30am when I’m doing IF. My ketones yesterday were at .7. Today…my blood glucose went to 108 and my ketones dropped to .4. The only thing I have had is black coffee this am. Any thoughts on this? Am I looking at this the wrong way?
