#newme23 Week 2 5. Share a low-carb substitute: Earlier I posted W2#1 (list of foods) and explained my salty, crunchy monster. Kim commented and shared one of her crushers … parm crisps!! She explained how to do it and variations she makes. I am so appreciative! Traveling this week and knew I needed to have a go-to ready. I looked up an oven method and went at it. I made four batches of 12. Most with Everything but the Bagel and 3/4 added chili powder from our friend’s farm in New Mexico. These are going to be perfect! She nailed it when she said 3-4 and that’s enough. My body was like … yup! That worked! Craving crushed. (The lower left was using the last of shredded Pecorino Romano, the rest were with shredded parm.) 375° F Silicone mat Baking sheet About a heaping tbsp shredded parm per crisp (it definitely is less than I thought it would be). Pat it down, top, into the oven. Our oven was 8:30-9 min per batch. Let rest on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a paper towel. (I used frozen, shredded parm and it worked the same as the thawed.) My sincerest thank you, Kim! ❤️💪❤️. This is wonderful!
