I’m ready and excited to get started. Today I cooked for my lunches at work. I have a fridge in my office so that helps. Steak, cooked and sliced thin, scrambled eggs cooked in avocado oil and butter, with S&P, granulated garlic, dried chives, and grated Parmesan, I’m also taking salsa and individual guacamole pods. I have my keto friendly electrolyte packets, too.
