#newme23 Week 2 - Item 1: Detailed list of urge foods, times, places. Share one. I don’t have a sweet tooth. Sweets don’t do it for me. Cakey stuff will shortly give me the absolute worst acid reflux. My Achilles’ heel is salty and crunchy … not just salty … not just crunchy … has to be crunchy and salty. I could eat an entire bag of processed crunchy and salty (and have on numerous occasions). Most of the time, it would be at home when bored or in a rush (and did not have go-to’s in place yet). So, finding my go-to’s has been a fun adventure. Have to make sure I always have them ready when my crunchy/salty monster takes over. Celery with some salt works. Pickles. Pepperoncinis (the crunchiest ones out of the jar lol). Bacon chips or even just the crunchiest bacon out of the bag. Browned, crispy garlic slices (slice cloves, brown in your choice of fat, let cool … crispy yums!).
