#7 One of the podcast I like to listen to is Protecting your Nest with Dr. Tony Hampton. This episode talked about sleep and how important exercise and nutrition are for sleep quality. This is a great episode to find out about the whys and ways to improve sleep. I find it interesting bc I am trying to improve my metabolic health and food is not the only factor.
