Just found your awesome app!! Okay community here it’s is… Warning ⚠️ Special days ahead and I’m bracing myself!! Seeing family and gonna be traveling for the next two weeks! It should be fun—-but we’ll be eating out, hiking, swimming at Mt Princeton Hot Springs and playing lots of card games together. I say all of this because food will be present everywhere!! 😱 I love special times like these, I’m a social butterfly 🦋 but TBT—I struggle with falling into the trap of overwhelming overeating! Help! I just gotta pace myself and keep it going because I know these types of outings have the tendency to derail all of my effort! Mindset 1: I gotta hate starting over and over again, more than I love indulging in chips, nuts, sweets and wine!! Mindset 2: Think to myself—will this thing (whatever it is) serve me toward my goals? Mindset 3; I must embrace the freedom I have to make my own choices outstanding! Mindset 4: it’s okay to say NO! This is gonna be a big test for me! Stay with me here guys!! 🙏🥴😫
