#NewMe23 Post 2: From my list of whys, I think the primary why for refocusing on my eating/diet is that I’ve gotten a little too comfortable with being happy with just maintaining the weight I’ve lost so far. And, if I refocus on my diet, the weight will start dropping again, and that will be really beneficial in my quest to successfully complete the endurance rides I want to do this year.
