A little change of pace tonight. I love making these chicken nuggets and haven’t made them in so long! I cut up 4-5 chicken breasts, brine in buttermilk overnight, pat the chicken dry, coat with seasoned (salt pepper garlic mustard paprika) pork panko, and cook on a baking sheet with a rack/grate at 425F for about 15-20 minutes, until golden, crispy, and they reach 165F. These are so good! I made a homemade chick-fil-a sauce using no sugar BBQ, avocado mayo, dijon mustard, liquid smoke, and salt. It really hits the spot!
