You have spent the past 20years focusing on helping others 1st & leaving no time for self care, too often drowning in the feelings of trying to be everything to everyone around you . You give 100% to those close to you and this year you will put that same effort into yourself. You will utilize the strength you’ve gained from past failures and negative experiences to grow into the best version of you, both mentally and physically. You will finally get that family picture taken that you’ve avoided for the past 10 years. #6 NSV: improved, longer sleep! I was averaging 6hrs of sleep. Now, after adding resistance training & getting my nutrition back on track, I am consistently 7.5 hrs or more :) #7 episode 250: I found this to be very informative and enjoyed learning more about muscle building and its hormonal and metabolic value.
