#newme23 Item 5 I took the photo & this is what I wrote on the back: 2023 has been a good year as you have learned to take better care of yourself through healthy food choices & exercise. For so many years you gave everything to your 3 girls and then cared for your mom when your dad passed away in 2018. While taking care of everyone else, you forgot what they say on the airline: put your oxygen mask on first before you put the mask on your child. Taking care of yourself is not being selfish, but rather helps you have the energy to help others & take on new adventures with your husband.
