#7. Thoughts on a Low Carb Podcast #NewMe23 I chose episode #247 of LCMD podcast from October 30th because of the topic being discussed; LDL cholesterol, statins, CAC’s, etc with Dr. David Diamond. I’ve never listened to a podcast or watched a YouTube video with Dr. Diamond so that was new for me. I’m not sure how I’ve missed him because I follow quite a few low carb type podcasts and it seems like often the guests cycle through the different shows. Listening to Tro, Brian Lenzkes & Dr Diamond interact together and discuss actual patient examples was definitely my favorite part. He reminds me of listening to Dave Feldman or Ben Bikman. They’re crazy knowledgeable, I enjoy listening to them but sometimes I get a little brain overload from the technical information! Since these are topics that are of great interest to me I’ll be checking out some other podcasts/videos from Dr. Diamond!
