#newme23 Post 3: been doing this low carb thin with a household full of SADs since 2019. It’s up to me what I ingest. It is a little more challenging. I did allow entirely too much unhealthy junk for entirety too long with the baby weight excuse. I’m ready again. It won’t be perfect. It will be right. Once that thread of dopamine release is broken… I feel the switch of freedom. I’m looking forward to that freedom. So no big haul for me. I have, however, started taking advantage of pre-made tasty and ok for not triggering my carb hunger macros and I supplement with snacks otherwise… here’s some of my current stuff on-hand. Started making my own mayo for dressings as well (soy and seed oils in so many products!)
