Last Thursday night my frig started to die. An alarm started beeping to let us know that the freezer fan was broken. It has been beeping all weekend even when unplugged. A safety feature I’m told. Any way we brought in the patio frig and loaded it with our freezer stash. Tomorrow, now that it is all mostly thawed, I’ll be cooking 12 lbs of meat. There is also 6 servings of keto lasagne I had just frozen. Tro wanted me to increase my protein 😏😜.
