2023 INTENTIONS: - Participate in this community for accountability, encouragement, and ideas. - Adhere to LC diet. - Create new end of day routine that promotes calm (de-stress); Aim for 8-9 hours of sleep. - Experiment with fasting cycles: a 36-hr fast each week; a 72-hr fast each quarter. - Move the body/break a sweat 40 minutes a day. - Work on the psychological side of things relative to food and fitness and the person I want to be.
