#3 and #6 go together for me. The first picture is my grocery haul after cleaning out the fridge. #6 is my win. Before Christmas, I added low carb snacks in my desk draw. I’m an assistant principal and sometimes my days get crazy and I often miss lunch, but by 3pm, I’m usually hungry. The easiest LC snack is is the tuna packs. Today was the same for me, at 3:00 I opened my desk drawer and had my tuna! I only had had 2 cups of coffee all day. It’s amazing that doing LC, I can literally go almost all day without becoming ravenously hungry. Before LC I would be so “hangry” by 12:30! So thankful for the learning I’ve done about feeding myself correctly! #newme23
