I’m reversing type 2 diabetes, wearing a CGM to let me know immediately the impact each food has on my body. 2 biggest changes I’ve made that made an effortless but incredible impact were switching white to brown to cauliflower rice and replacing all breads, wraps, bagels with Egglife wraps. They’re made from egg whites. I’ve even made mini pizza with one using fresh tomatoes, cream cheese, real grass fed butter, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. I’ve also replaced the need for Taco Bell. These things are incredible. A little chicken or beef, black beans, cheese, shredded cabbage and hot sauce! Delicious nutritious and satisfying. *the rice I’m using is Green Giant frozen 6 minutes in the microwave. They do medleys that are great, too! I also substitute cauliflower rice for hash browns. I’m down 82 lbs right now so far #newme23
