#newme23 4. Try a new movement routine and post a sweaty selfie: Earlier last year I purchased a set of resistance bands. I followed along with the paper for the different exercises. I felt great doing some of the movements, others I seriously questioned if I was doing it correctly. Needless to say, the majority of the bands hung on the shelf hook for months. Number four was my inspiration to find a full-body band video and just try it. Just try it and see how I felt. I started out with a 20 minute walk on the treadmill and then moved onto the video. Drumroll, please!! I absolutely LOVED it! Maybe it was their energy. Maybe it was being able to watch them complete the movement. Maybe it was their tips. Regardless, I had so much fun and look forward to doing more. I feel more comfortable using them now. Not 100%, but definitely more comfortable. Very excited, as we are traveling next week and feel this is something I can do in our hotel room.
