#newme23 4. New exercise Have exercised in the past, but nothing regular until I got my bike in November. I enjoyed the comradery of cross fit, but not the Olympic lifting. I like met con type workouts & powerlifting. Was doing my own thing at a gym, but gave up. I really like my bike (especially the software on the screen) as most of my rides are outdoors in beautiful places around the world. I can select music as background, but prefer the motivational talks from the trainers along the way. With the ifit app, I can ride my bike, walk around listening to the trainer, or stretch after a workout. I find myself adding new locations to my travel bucket list!! The new thing I did was play the app on the tv while on the rower. Next thing to try will be using weights for strength training. Today’s workouts were bike rides in Italy & Thailand, rowing in studio & stretching in Antarctica. Dr. Tro asked me to post my setup, so I have included those photos in this post as well.
