7. #newme23 #lowcarblearning I'll do two of these steps. First one is that I signed up to listen to Dr Eric Westman's keto challenge featuring his page 4 food list. I need to get back to basics. And Dr Westman is one of the OG's. What I learned tonight was exactly what I knew-don't get caught up in playing whack a mole with little tweaks. Stick to the basics of eating zero carb foods when you're hungry and stopping when you're full. Limit things like my favorite heavy whipping cream and cheese (I was a Dairy Princess). No sugars, no grains, and maybe nuts if I can't control myself. I'll put a more recent one up when I listen to my pods tomorrow.
