New Year Intentions: 1. Continue my low carb journey. I have been doing it since March and I am down 50lb and feel great. I would like to be down 25 more pounds by March. 2. Add daily walking as I've not done any exercise since starting my low carb journey. 3. Finish one project a month. I start things and do not complete them. I am a quilter so you know how many unfinished projects I have. 4. Start decluttering my house. Do one room a month. 5. Renovate my family home to prepare it to be rented. We are going to do a lot of the work ourselves. Looking forward to this exercise also. It will be a lot of physical labor.
