My #1 reason for my goals and challenges I have set for myself. The health of my future self. I have read so much about sarcopenia and after 40ish if you aren’t building muscle you are losing it! Watched my Dad suffer from this, and now Mom. I am trying my best to help her start building back….. and am determined to not go down that same path. Fitness is so key to health in my opinion. I can’t get there with food alone!
