#NewMe23 1. New Years Intention Stick to 30gm carbs a day to improve metabolic health and in particular insulin resistance. Ketosis will help me loose the visceral fat and get to healthy weight. Journal for 5-10 mins at start of day and briefly end of day. Walk for 15 mins every day, preferably outside. Gym 2 times a week with hubby Stretch once twice a week Sleep 7-8 hours a day
