Happy New Year everyone ! My 2023 intentions are: 1. Practice more mindful eating 2. Go to bed earlier so that I can get 8 hours of sleep. 3. Wake up on time so that I leave for work on time = less stressful commute. 4. Socialize with friends more. The pandemic really changed this for me. 5. Say NO to things that don’t serve me in my journey to get healthy 6. Be an active participant in this low-carb community here and on zoom. 7. Read one book a month for fun. 8. Less screen time. 9. Start each day with gratitude. “ Today I am grateful for _______ because ______” 10. Remember that I am in this for life. I am better today than yesterday. Better in 2023 than when I started in 2019. #newme23
