During the holiday season I purposely didn't want to step on a scale because I "felt" I was gaining weight...I was "afraid" to see the numbers. I continued to stay on track with lowcarb, etc.,although ate outside of my eating "window" at times & continued my gym regimen 5/8/21 vs. 1/8/22 Staying consistent & focused is ๐Ÿ”‘
