I’ve made it a full week staying on track even though I haven’t felt good in the last three days. My back pain is almost gone and my skin is clearing up. I haven’t had sugar cravings and the only time I’ve really thought about treats is when I’m bored. I think through how I’m feeling before I eat. Thank you all for your support. It feels good to know I’m not alone and that I am strong and can do this!
