New Year Intentions: - Continue my Sept 21-current journey of healing my body from the inside out through my food, drink, and frequency decisions. - Continue to learn each day about how my body works through podcasts, interviews, books, blogs, etc., Even though there is still much to learn, what I have learned has been a powerful tool. I enjoy it! I am absolutely hooked on learning. - Continue to focus on quality sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, and finding activities I enjoy.
