Happy New Year everyone! Just came off of a 30 day religious fast. Typically, annually, my fast is from Dec 1st until what would have been my Mother's birthday on January 11th. Why? She died of Cancer & after seeing her burn from the inside out...I didn't want that to be my destiny. The C19 years were hard on me & I put on "cheese weight"(curds, sauce, Moon Cheese etc.) The charts @ my Mayo Doctors office say I should be 170-175...but I am happy in ONEderland 199. Let's see what 2023 has in store for me. My name is Geri.
