New Year Intentions for 2023: 1) Begin and keep 75 Hard 2) return to my pre-pregnancy weight, building muscle tone and burning unnecessary fat 3) keep a strictly carnivore diet 4) journal every day to keep track of my progress in regards to food and productivity 5) spend more time away from screens (i picked up crocheting as a hobby now instead of watching tv shows/movies) 6) stretch more and work on mobility alongside weight training 7) close all of my Apple Watch rings each day Im ready for a change and I’m proud to be a part of a community who wants to better themselves ! #NewMe23
