#newme23 My New Year Intentions 2023: Be in better shape at 57 than I was at 40 by: 1) Breaking my relationship to comfort = carbs 2) Weekly weekday fasting practice (rotating for change) 3) Water water water! We are going to be better friends in 2023 4) Move every day with - Strength Training, Yoga, Running, Cycling, swimming (10 half marathons purchased total miles traveled in 2023 = 2023) 5) Increase flexibility and strength with a daily practice increasing as the year goes by. 5) Food prep and cooking - actually do it! Explore low carb options and prep so that it is interesting and fun. 6) Consistent and building meditation practice. Doing the above will result in: Less visceral fat Smaller body (fitting clothes!) More flexibility and strength A consistent lifestyle A sense of accomplishment A daily life that is focused in balance An improved and growing #newme23
