Ok … 2023 goals….#newme23 Striving to complete a plan, but worrying less about it being perfect! 1. 2 Sprint Triathlons - June 23 - Hudson Valley, August 26th - Boulder Sunset, Olympic distance in October - tbd 2. Adding 10-15 min meditation everyday 3. IF - going back to fasting til lunch since workouts are now morning and evening. 4.. Eliminate DC and all energy drinks. Sticking to water, coffee, tea 5. More veggies and meat. Less keto substitutions
