On Dec 30, I was in hospital having 3 stents inserted to open up a 100% heart blockage. There’s another 70% blockage to be repaired in about a month. That’s the bad news. The good news is that the cardiologist did not blame my low carb/fasting lifestyle for the heart disease. I’ve lost 120 pounds since May 2019, and I’m disappointed this happened, but I plan to stay the course fearlessly. One more dress size to go. #newme23
