My New Year Intentions 2023: 1) Back to the Basics - Go back through the Dr. Tro app like I'm a newbie. 2) IF/OMAD/Carnivore - Shorten my eating window, OMAD twice a week, Carnivore twice a week 3) Strength Training/Yoga/Running - Get in some form of activity every day 4) Reading - Continue reading at least one book a month. 5) Recipes - Continue trying at least one new recipe a week. The last year has taught me a lot about myself. I CAN follow through and I WON'T give up. What a difference changing what, how, & when I eat has made in my life. Can't wait to see what adventures 2023 has in store for me. #NewMe23
