Hi guys I’m new here👋 Been on and off so many things over he years. I’m motivated to follow this plan to get healthy and well! I love food especially sugar so I’m going to need some support in that arena. Good thing my soul is caveman carnivore! I made a breakfast casserole with morning with 2 lbs sausage , 10 eggs, diced green chiles, 1/2 can low salt cream of mushroom soup and a bag of sharp cheddar cheese. It was delicious what do you think?
