Good Morning! Ok not waiting for the New Year to start/eliminate the things I wanna commit to for the New Year! Here they are! I am going to suggest to @deletedmember @DoctorLaura @Brian Wiley @Amy Eiges that they think about adding meditation meetings to the curriculum. My fitness group at work does and its great to take 10 min for yourself and your mind during the day! Here are the improvements for 2023 that I am starting today. 1. Giving up Diet Coke. 2. Adding 10-15 minutes of daily meditation 3. Expand my recipe repertoire Have a great day!!!
