Well another Holiday season is in the books for this retail store manager. Didnt do a single workout this week…..But walked a total of 64 miles at work…. Wasn’t a perfect eating week…. Prob 90%…. And I am almost finally over this respiratory gunk! Celebrate the wins and hope everyone has a Very Merry Day!!!
