I’m back to share how I made white chocolate peppermint bark - which seemed to be a favorite for a lot of you! - Melt 1 cup sugarfree chocolate chips in 30 second intervals mixing in between - I think “make believe” and Lily’s have these. Mine are the same ones we use in the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookie mix (if you want to see ingredients). - stir in 1/2 tsp of peppermint extra (more or less to your liking) - spread onto parchment paper or baking sheet. - sprinkle homemade unsweetened dried cranberries. - sprinkle of crushed pistachios (optional as I had them laying around) - let it cool in fridge, break into pieces and enjoy!
