Even after meals I don’t go much over 100 but here you see 167. Question f@deletedmemberTro - my understanding is that this is the body releasing stored glycogen. If yes is it good to continuing fasting after this. I’ve heard/read some say body would release cortisol and thus burn muscle for energy some say unless a person is sub 5% fat you can fast after HIIT because there is enough fat to burn. I fall in the latter camp - ie enough fat to burn :)
