Today I did some meal prep that should last at least a few days. Even though there were some snow flurries, I fired up my pit barrel cooker & smoked a boneless turkey breast & a chuck roast. I injected the turkey breast with butter, which helped it stay moist. The chuck roast was delicious, as always. I also fixed one of my favorite veggie dishes on the grill - asparagus & mushrooms mixed with tomatoes & onions. It taste great warm, but I think it even tastes better the next day cold. If anyone is interested, I can post the recipe.
