So I’ve got two holiday parties today… you know there is going to be lots of temptation and sweets. This morning I am making a keto cheesecake and keto brownies to bring to the party to help prevent from eating other peoples sugar loaded sweets. I will also probably have some eggs or Greek yogurt before I go so that I am not as hungry which will help me walk by those sweet treats. Have a great day!
