I could not make the weekly meeting yesterday and heard it was a great one! I also wanted to give to all parents or grandparents of school aged kids to please don’t give cookies, coffee cups, coffee, sweets etc as Christmas gifts to their teachers. A lot of teachers take funds from their own pocket to buy supplies for the kids because the states do not properly fund the classrooms(esp here in Louisiana). Instead consider a gift card to Walmart, Target, Amazon etc where they can use it for school supplies to educate your children. Done with my rant… Thank You from the husband of a teacher.
