As I’m reading everything to gear up for after the holidays, I’ve just read the article on stress in the Understanding Hunger section. I think it’s the most detailed explanation of the “stress+obesity=even more hunger responses” that I’ve ever read. It may as well have been titled “No! You’re not crazy! That’s really happening!” There’s a lot out there about “stress eating” but so much of it reads like the issue could be solved if you just took a deep breath and got over it. This article is refreshing and encouraging.
