Rather than a resolution, which may or may not be realistic, what’s one thing you would like to improve this year? And what’s one baby-step you can make toward that improvement TODAY? I’d like to close/clean my eating window up. Somehow 🤷‍♀️ I got back to low-carb grazing a little too much and ignoring if I was actually hungry. So today I’m going to check in with myself every time I have the urge to eat: drink some water, ask myself “Are you really hungry?” and assess.
