Feeling like poop. Had an all day offsite meeting that lunch was ok. I did the salad and they had sandwiches which i took off the bread and didn’t eat that. But after having a glass of wine at dinner I ended up eating appetizers that had carbs in them and totally didn’t realize the steak tips came with fries. Oh I thought I will have just one and before I know it they are gone. At least it wasn’t a huge serving like they have at some places. Been really having a problem getting back into a good rhythm and staying with it. Actually this whole year this has been a problem. ☹️ How do you keep the rhythm going????
