Hi everyone! I’ve gained some weight over the last few months and think I’m finally in the right mindset to do something about it. I’be been feeling so achy lately and I know it’s the food that I have consumed. I’m going to focus on animal based foods and limit dairy. I ate this way in the past and felt great. I let my memories of sugar talk to me & make me forget my goals and how much better I felt. I know I’m stronger than this. F sugar! Just wanted to post here for some accountability. I know I’m not alone and I appreciate all of the things that you all have shared. Happy 2022! Let’s kick some butt and show the world how good everyone can feel once they change their lifestyle.
