Good morning! Any wisdom on fruits and keto. When I first started keto, I completely stopped fruits. I have re-intro’d blue berries and guava. I see an small up tick in sugar if I eat them by themselves. But blueberries with a salad and some fat doesn’t move the needle on the cgm. A few years ago I used to eat a banana everyday and snack on many many fruits. I’ve replaced a lot of that with veggies now. Knowledge is power :)
