Headed out for a run this morning and my body said… uh no! So I turned it into a longer walk. Slow and steady wins the race. Right?!? Did all the hills and the stairs by the boat ramp. Take that body! 😊 Will get in my yoga practice this evening. Scale has creeped up (+4 lbs) in the last 7 days. My body composition is changing though. Water (+2%), Muscle (+1%), Fat (-2%)
