Anyone thinking of goals for the new year? Don’t! Instead adopt healthy processes and use habits to automate them. Anyone read the power of habits or atomic habits? I found them to be a more powerful set of tools than goals and will power. Using the anatomy of a habit has helped me adopt new good behaviors and drop bad ones more easily. And from time to time I do regress on all of them. Even established habits require vigilance to maintain :) Why do good things have so much more friction than bad ones? Happy Friday folks!!
