What are your biggest 'carb surprises' in packaged food? A couple come to mind for me today: (Shrimp) cocktail sauce Taco seasoning Luckily, both of these are pretty easy to make on your own....but they have both taught me (more than once) that I need to consistently look at labels, serving size, etc... Honorable mention: BBQ sauce
