Hi everyone...First post here...been lurking for a while....Greetings from the Southwest corner of Ireland! I've been on a low carb regime for the last 5 / 6 months and have dropped around 50 lbs ....currently about 180.(I don't weigh myself very often!) I've been following dr tro on twitter for a while .... listening to LCMD podcasts...dexided to give it a go...eating twice a day...clean salad and protein....clean veg and protein...snacks entail tea / coffee / mixed nuts and Greek yogurt (10% fat with a few blue / raspberries. I feel good...no desire to change...was 50 a few months ago and want to look after myself a bit better! BMI is 27.2 so I could do with losing a bit more but I haven't been this weight since my teens so happy to consolidate for a few more.months and see what happens.
