For anyone looking for something interesting to work on - Breathing. Recommend reading ‘Breath’ - by James Nestor. Likely to blow your mind- example: Nasal dominance, breathing through on of our nostrils increases temperature, blood pressure and so and breathing through the reduces all of it. Body switches automatically between the two!! You could voluntarily modify your breath to fine tune awareness, readiness etc. who knew! (Cites peer reviewed studies). So cool. Just finished the book and blown away by it. Also we (mostly) eat a couple of times a day, exercise once or twice but breath 24,000 times. Small optimizations go a long way in long term wellness. Have fun if you do read it!
